This villa has lots of outstanding extras such as a playstation and surround sound system including a DVD player in the main living area, all bedrooms have their own additional tv's. Two master ensuite bedrooms very tastefully decorated. Two further twin rooms sharing a third bathroom, this bathroom also opens out to the patio area so serves as a convenient bathroom for the pool.
Sandy Ridge is just a short 5 minute drive to the renowned and internationaly acclaimed golf courses Championsgate and ReUnion and within easy drive to several other golf courses making it an ideal location for the discerning golfer.
The community also has a small playground containing swings and a slide that is located within a short walk of the house. Disney and other attractions including shopping malls are approximately 20 minutes drive. |

5 minutes drive from the I-4 freeway, with St Petes Beach on the Gulf Coast, and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast, a further hour. Orlando International airport is just 30 minutes away, and Sanford Airport 45 minutes.
